Sara Worldwide Vacations Berhad (SWVB) was incorporated on 28 March 1996 as a public-limited company. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC), in its Tourism & Leisure Division currently operating two vacation ownership programme. It is also a member of the Malaysian Holiday Timeshare Developer’s Federation (MHTDF).
